Our Medical Equipment Warranty Protection

GTM is a medical device supplier that understands the importance of safety and customer satisfaction. That is why we provide a product warranty against defects found in material and/or quality. Note that our medical equipment warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, or failure to maintain products under their directions.

Payment Terms & Conditions

GTM Medical payment terms are for 30 days from the time of your order. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

If you prefer to make your payment by check, please include all invoice numbers on the check and make it payable to “GTM Medical Marketing, LLC.”

For new customers, we require full payment by credit card when you place your first order. After your initial order and payment, you may pay by either credit card or check for future orders.

Returned Goods Policy

As a medical device supplier who works with a wide range of medical professionals, we understand that sometimes a product does not fit the needs of our customers, and returns happen. If you need to return a product, contact a GTM Medical customer service agent, and we will work with the manufacturer to process your return.

If GTM Medical has to take the product back, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Whenever possible, we will repair, replace, or give credit for returned goods.
