The Back Cold Gel Pack velcro’s the back portion of the back back. It is available in small and large sizes. L0642, L0648, or L0650 can all be used with the smaller Cold Gel Pack. The L0648 or L0650 would perform better with the larger size. The packs can go into the freezer right away.
