The Mid Length Humeral Splint is a brace that was made to promote patient comfort while also saving the practitioner important time while applying it.The mid length was created in response to complaints that it was necessary to routinely shorten the distal end of humeral braces. Shorter length removes the need to trim the distal end. It controls humeral segments through circumferential soft tissue compression and has deltoid cap extension to prevent migration. It consists of two stockinette undersleeves and one arm sling; made of stiff polyethylene laminated with closed cell foam lining and contact closure.
